Do you offer discounts?

Yes, discounts are offered for educational organisations. A 20% discount is automatically applied when your total order is more than £300. Simply add the books to your cart and you’ll see the discount applied at checkout. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments need to be made in advance via the online ordering system. 

How long will my delivery take?

UK Orders
All orders are shipped via the Post Office, Parcelforce or DHL, using the appropriate service. A 24-hour (next-day) express service is also available, accruing an extra charge.

International Orders:
Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery to arrive. A 24-hour (next-day) express service is also available, accruing an extra charge.

Will I receive an invoice?

All orders can be managed from the ‘My Account’ section of our website. You can download your invoice from this section too, once you have placed your order.

I have already placed an order can I update it?

Yes, you can update your order by calling us on 0116 2966 442. This must be done as soon as possible to prevent the order being sent out without the change.

Please quote the order reference when updating your order, which can be found in your order confirmation email.


Delivery Options & Guidelines

What delivery service do you provide?

We offer a standard 2 day delivery service within the UK and 3-5 days internationally to most locations. An express service is also available at cost.

Can I provide specific delivery instructions?

Yes, you may use the notes section on the checkout page to provide us with your specific instructions. For example, a description of the building.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

A delivery card will be left by the courier providing details on how to reschedule your delivery or where you can collect it from. 

I still haven't received my order.

If your order has not yet arrived after 72 hours of receiving a dispatched notification we request you give us a call on 0116 2966 442 or email us and resolve the issue.
